So far this year (upto Aug 2007) with an excellence of utilising 74003 total hours (9250 mandays) in training activities including awareness road-shows, other training, induction and toolbox talks. Participants in tool box taks were 256120 (8.68 Avt talk/operative/month) reflecting a 112% improvement against 2006 (86954 participants; i.e. 4//08 Avt talk/operative/month) From 1215 number of site safety inductions 5923 peoples were inducted which was 3760 in '06. 9349 (3506 in '06) were benefited through various training including awareness road-shows
