We, at Mushrif Trading and Contracting Company are committed to providing the highest standard of services to our customers. We will strive to achieve & maintain excellence in all what we do in order to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.

We will achieve the above by:

• Complying with applicable technical, legal and contractual requirements at all stages of contract execution with emphasis on achieving highest standards in quality and safety;

• Maintaining a Quality Management System that conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and continually improving its effectiveness;

• Defining and regularly enhancing our objectives, processes and systems in order to exceed organizational and customer needs and expectations;

• Fostering an environment in which creativity and responsibility are encouraged at all organizational levels;

• Improving our working practices based on customer feedback, management reviews and audit findings;

• Accurate & timely allocation of resources needed for the effective implementation of our Quality Management System;

• Developing & monitoring a highly motivated, efficient and competent workforce, committed to achieving ‘total customer satisfaction’; and

• Disseminating relevant information in a timely manner to the interested parties relevant to the Quality Management System.
