KUWAIT: Mushrif Trading and Contracting Co (MTCC) has disclosed to KSE on 17 October 2011, the resignation of Mr. Jassem Saleh Busaibe as Board member. The Board of Directors reviewed Mr Jassem’s resignation and after discussion resolved to accept it from this date. It is also agreed to invite the general assembly for election of new Board member.
