7th Annual Wastewater Treatment & Reuse 2011

According to a study carried out by MEED Projects, Mushrif was positioned 3rd among top 15 main GCC contractors involved in the water/wastewater industry during the recently concluded 7th Annual Wastewater Treatment & Reuse 2011 conference, with project worth $590 million during the year 2006 – 2011. The event was held at Park Hyatt Hotel, Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.

MUSHRIF are the market leaders of Wastewater Treatment Industry in the Middle East region as a whole and Kuwait in particular with a proven track record of four decades. MUSHRIF has the extensive capability to design, build, operate and maintain the Wastewater Treatment Plants. The initial Umm Al Hyman WWTP, Kuwait (Contract No. SE/13) was constructed by MUSHRIF. Furthermore, we have just commissioned the ‘Pumping Station at Jahra (375,000 m3/day), Waste Water Treatment Plant at Kabd (270,000 m3/day) and the twin pressure lines (2×1400 mm dia) DI pipeline in South of Amgara Area, Kuwait’, all under Contract No. SE/100. the project was valued at KD 60 million (US$ 218m).

In addition to the above MUSHRIF has been involved in water/wastewater projects at Tubli Bahrain, ICAD Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Iran.
