Originally our main activity, this division is now complemented by our other divisions, giving us the flexibility to offer our clients a wider and more comprehensive scope of services. The Division has enjoyed many years of success in Civil, Infrastructure and Building projects.
Our commitment to higher quality, lower cost and shorter schedules has helped us succeed and rapidly grow. Our large fleet of construction and heavy machinery, including asphalt and concrete batch plants, ensures rapid mobilization, so that we begin and stay on schedule. Our project management approach begins with strong client communication and coordination, with strict adherence with technical and operational controls. These include established procedures for site safety, quality control and compliance with specifications. We have also established operational control procedures relating to cost and scheduling, centralized procurement and stores, subcontract management, problem resolution and risk management. Recent projects include the $108m Abdaly Farms Transmission Lines and Pump Station, Kuwait, $23m pressure mains to Ardiyah wastewater treatment plant, Kuwait, $11m multipurpose military range complex and $14m interchange at Ahmadi, Kuwait. Our range of services include contracting and engineering in gravity and pressure mains of various pipe materials, road and runway construction, large earthwork projects, housing and urban development, civil maintenance projects and large industrial construction. Through our extensive inventory of construction equipment, we can fulfill the logistical needs of most construction projects. A rigid maintenance and inventory control program manages equipment deployment and utilization, to ensure responsive mobilization and dependable service. Our many years of experience, established management systems and qualified personnel allow us to provide a full range of services, including industrial construction, equipment installation, and operation & maintenance services. In addition, we have rebuilt, installed and relocated components for the oil, petrochemical, environmental and engineering fields. We have also performed machine rebuilds and in-plant maintenance for our clients. |
